There was a time when life grew very quiet. After a traumatic brain injury, I found myself in a deep, still space. A pause was required. It was in that silence that something beautiful reawakened. I had always painted, but without fire. Then I began painting, not as a pastime, but as a lifeline. Color, texture, and light became my language for healing.

Today, I live and paint in Calistoga, California; surrounded by the vineyards, forests, and ever-changing light of Napa Valley. My Open Impressionist style highlights the movement in every moment, and the beauty of this enchanted earth. Each painting is layered with color and feeling – a stained glass mosaic of possibilities.
